Adjoining the Living Room is the Kitchen Dining area. As with the rest of the Cottage, it has been totally re-fitted to an exceptional standard.
When our guests first enter the Kitchen, the first thing that strikes them is the stunning view from the large window, a view stretching for miles down the valley, keeping that feeling that you are in the country at all times.
The kitchen has plenty of food preparation space, having work surfaces on three sides and plenty of utensils. In fact it has every implement you could think of, and customer feedback has been that there are more utensils than most customers have at home!
If guests only have time for a quick snack before heading in to Aberystwyth or off down to the Sand Dunes at Ynyslas, or out on the next Mountain Bike Trail, a Microwave Oven is provided ensuring that no precious time here is wasted.
For those who wish to prepare a real family meal, there is a cooker with grill and an oven with plenty of saucepans etc for use. A refrigerator is provided for milk and any local produce ensuring that it is kept fresh for the duration of your stay with us.
The Dining Area
A dishwasher is provided that will take off the pressure for those guests not wanting to wash up..! We have tried to think of everything but unfortunately, the Dishwasher is NOT self loading OR self unloading so someone will have to do that..!
With plenty of storage cupboard space, this kitchen really is home from home.
At the other end of the kitchen is a dining table and chairs that will seat up to six people so the family can sit for their meal and talk about the great day that they have had. Also provided are table mats and linen napkins.
Alternatively, during the Summer months, guests can sit outside in the Patio area to enjoy their food and the great view at the same time.
